Operations & Maintenance
Operations and Maintenance focus on aligning operational needs with organizational goals while establishing robust systems to ensure ongoing performance and compliance with industry standards. This phase ensures the long-term functionality and efficiency of systems.
Identify gaps in existing documentation, such as Sequence of Operations (SOO), procedures, and checklists, to enable comprehensive maintenance testing and operations. Evaluate these against industry standards, such as NETA MTS and IEEE guidelines, to address both immediate and long-term operational needs.
Create or refine missing documentation, including SOO, maintenance checklists, and operational procedures. Develop maintenance schedules and testing protocols tailored to organizational goals and regulatory compliance, ensuring readiness for NETA MTS and IEEE-aligned practices.
Equip O&M teams with knowledge and tools to execute maintenance tasks effectively, focusing on preventive measures and utilizing the developed documentation. Tailor training programs to align with career levels and emphasize compliance with industry standards.
Roll out comprehensive maintenance plans utilizing the developed documentation. Ensure systems are tested and verified under real-world conditions, including Integrated Systems Tests, to validate readiness for critical scenarios and adherence to NETA MTS and IEEE standards.
Regularly test and evaluate systems per NETA MTS and IEEE guidelines, using the developed documentation to guide procedures. Conduct Integrated Systems Tests periodically to verify performance during critical scenarios, ensuring all systems meet operational standards and remain aligned with long-term goals.
Offer continuous assistance to adapt and refine maintenance practices based on performance feedback and evolving industry requirements. Utilize data analytics and field insights to enhance documentation, optimize operations, and support compliance with NETA MTS, IEEE, and organizational standards.
